Sample Development
We have experienced pattern makers who are able to make any garment a customer wants using a variety of different fabrics. Any part can be changed at any time to create and produce the garment the customer requires.
Sample Development
We start with the first sample. Once we are happy with the shape after checking the pattern, adjusting the seam allowances, etc., we will start production. By doing this process, you can eliminate any problems that may arise later.
Material Sourcing
We have suppliers with many years of experience in fabrics and trims. Our fabrics come from Japan, China, India and the United States. We also have the ability to customize heavyweight fabrics and denim in China.
Production
Each stage of garment production is carefully assembled and every stitch is carefully inspected. All sewing operators are carefully interviewed and required to meet sewing skill requirements. Our process quality control system is designed to provide defect-free garments to meet your exact requirements.
Sewing equipment
We have around 30 sewing machines at any one time to handle everything from thin to thick materials. Lockstitch machines, belt sewing machines, overlocking machines, chain stitch machines, special machines for special processes beyond sewing such as fastening holes, punching holes, buttoning and riveting.
