Free shipping on orders over $85. Orders under $85 will be charged a delivery fee based on your location.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. Order Processing
After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 days to process your order. You will receive a notification by email once your order has been shipped.
During holidays and peak sales, your order processing may be delayed, but we will process and ship as soon as possible.
Order changes and cancellations can only be made before shipment.
International Shipping
We have established cooperative relations with many logistics service providers and aim to deliver all packages within the quoted time frame. All of our products will be shipped out directly from our China warehouse via Yun Express, S.F Express, China Post, and Express shipping.
Standard Shipping (Yun Express, S.F Express, CHINA Post): 15-21 days.
Standard Shipping (S.F Express): 8-22 days.
Express Shipping (FedEx, DHL): About 7-9 days.

We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Please don’t refuse the package when the item is delivered. Our only option is to abandon the Rejected packages in customs and if this happens, we won’t be able to offer a refund.
