We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at indigo1995.com.

If you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept the return of unwashed, unworn, unaltered items with original tags attached and accompanied by the original invoice from your online order or printed store receipt within 14 days of your order receipt date.

Return Policy


If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.indigo1995.com within the United States, please send us a request for a return authorization within 14 days of delivery date. All returns must be shipped back to us within 4 days of the request approval.

  • Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
  • Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
  • Your refund will be the total amount minus the original shipping cost. For orders that qualified for free shipping, the actual cost incurred will be deducted from your refund.
  • Online orders cannot be returned or exchanged at a physical INDIGO1995 location.
  • IDIGO1995 reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.

All orders shipped to Canada are considered Final Sale.  

 

Exchange Policy 

Exchanged items must be received within 14 days of initiating an online exchange to avoid being charged.

Non-quality items (wholesale)

All products marked as “FINAL SALE” are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Items listed as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes, but is not limited to: all Sale items, Gift Cards, select collaborative releases and select items (hats, underwear, socks, gadgets & swimwear).  

 

Returns

 

To return an item please follow the steps below to create a return authorization.

  • Click here to  contact us and start your return.
  • Enter your order number and zip code, email, or phone number
  • Select the item(s) you wish to return
  • Choose the correct reason for your return
  • Feel free to use whichever shipping method is most convenient for you! Whether it's UPS, FedEx, or USPS, just mail the items to our warehouse at your convenience.
  • To make returns easy, we provide a prepaid return label. If you choose to use it, the cost of the return shipping will be automatically deducted from your refund.
  • Upon receiving the shipping label and securely packing your item(s), make sure to include your original invoice or order confirmation to prevent any delays in the returns process.
  • We will process your return once it is received and evaluated at our warehouse.

EUROPEAN & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS PLEASE NOTE THAT INDIGO1995 DOES NOT COVER THE COST OF RETURN SHIPPING, THIS IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER

If you have purchased  IDIGO1995 & IDIGO SEA item(s) from a third party retailer or wholesaler and you wish to exchange the relevant item(s), please contact the party that you purchased the item(s) from.

Defective Items

 

If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately.

 

Returned to Sender / Refused Packages

Orders refused or deemed undeliverable by UPS/DHL will be returned to our warehouse. We will return the items to stock for web store credit less an $7 restocking fee.
